Police Arrest Man Allegedly Involved in Hit and Run - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock Police arrested a man who they believe was involved in a hit and run early Friday morning.

Police believe 27-year-old Anthony Adcox Jr intentionally struck 21-year-old Ira Herrera of Lubbock, and attempted to run over two of his friends in the parking lot of the Club Melt around 2:30 a.m. Friday morning.

Adcox left the scene, but Lubbock Police were able to track him down and arrest him. He is charged with aggravated assault.

Ira Herrera was taken to UMC where he has since been treated and released.
