Gunshot Victim Remains Hospitalized; Suspect on the Loose - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

One man remains hospitalized and another one is on the loose Monday night, after a weekend shooting.

Police rushed to the 1100 block of 43rd Street Saturday afternoon after neighbors reported hearing gun shots in the area.

That is where the victim was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. EMS took him to UMC, where he is still in serious condition.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 40's. He is about 5'9" tall and weighs about 200 pounds. If you have any information about this shooting, please call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000.
