A Lubbock man is eyeing Randy Neugebauer's congressional seat.
Dwight Fullingim announced Thursday that he will be running for the District 19 seat as a democrat.
"In November, I hope to be checking in at the House of Representatives in Washington to find out what my office assignment is," said Fullingim.
Fullingim is a public affairs consultant and provides pro bono communications counsel to non-profit organizations.
The congressional elections will be held November 4th.
