Former Wayland Baptist Coach Among Finalists for Hall of Fame

Longtime Wayland Baptist women's coach Harley Redin is among three finalists for election into the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Redin was the coach of the Flying Queens from 1955 - 1973, posting a record of 431 - 66 during his 18 year tenure. A couple of other Redin milestones: his team went undefeated in two seasons, won 76 games in a row, and captured six AAU National Championships.
