Monday, the man involved in a nearly five hour long standoff last week in Idalou, has been formally charged.
The Lubbock County District Attorney's office charged David Debusk with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor.
Debusk, 56, was arrested after he surrendered to Lubbock swat officers Friday morning. He is currently in sheriff's custody.
The ordeal started when Debusk's wife called 9-1-1 saying her husband was armed, and she and her daughter were trapped in the home. They escaped unharmed.
