Bill Drury to Give Lubbock Seminar on "Keeping Customers"

The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and Embassy Suites Hotel are bringing Bill Drury back to Lubbock for a business seminar titled "Keeping Customers."
On Thursday, January 17, at the Embassy Suites Hotel, located at 5215 S. Loop 289, Drury will present an action-packed 1/2 day seminar with proven strategies and techniques to help everyone in the company resolve conflict and turn irate customers into your best customers.
There will be a morning (8:30-11:30 a.m.) andafternoon (1-4 p.m.) presentation of the seminar (both sessions identical), allowing employers to send half their people in the morning and half in the afternoon.
