Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts On Charges of Kidnapping, Organized Crime and Arson
From arson to organized crime, a Lubbock County Grand Jury reported on 99 cases Tuesday.
The grand jury indicted Daniel Trevino for aggravated kidnapping and felon in possession of a firearm. Trevino is accused of holding a woman at gunpoint for two days back in November. He allegedly threatened the woman, telling her he would kill her if she tried to leave.
That same grand jury indicted Kristie Ramirez and David Hernandez on charges of organized crime. Police say they caught the pair trying to break into a vending machine on November 6th. The two allegedly caused $7,500 dollars in damage to the coke machine at a central Lubbock apartment complex near 45th and Elgin.
Marvin Mitchell now stands indicted for burglary of a habitation and arson. He's accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend's east Lubbock home, stealing a TV and starting a fire by setting some clothes on the stove.
