Lubbock Motorcyclist Collides with Truck

A man is recovering Wednesday, after crashing his motorcycle in the 3700 block of 19th Street. It happened just before 1:30 p.m.

Police say the motorcycle and a pickup collided at rate of speed between 35 and 40 miles per hour. The motorcyclist was wearing full protective gear, including a helmet.

EMS took him to the hospital, with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
