Pickup Collides with School Bus in East Lubbock County - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A collision between a pickup and a school bus in East Lubbock County sent at least one person to the hospital.

It happened just after 1:00 p.m. Thursday, at the intersection of FM 400 and County Road 6700.

DPS Troopers tell NewsChannel 11 that the bus was headed northbound, and had the right of way. The pickup was headed east.

The school bus driver was not injured, and there were no children on board. The driver of the truck was taken to Covenant Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
