Lubbock Man Indicted for Child Pornography

A federal grand jury in Lubbock has indicted a man on five felony counts involving child pornography.

David Craig Waligura was indicted on five different counts including receipt of child pornography and child obscenity, and possession of child pornography. The indictment says he obtained the images through his computer.
