Judge Declares Mistrial - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

NewsChannel 11 is still working to find out why a drug trial was declared a mistrial. During closing arguements Friday, the judge declared a mistrial in Tito Marquez's drug trial.

He's on trial for posessing nearly 150 pounds of marijuana. The drugs were found during a traffic stop in 2006. The trial will re-start on Monday morning.
