Trial Begins for Man Who Opened Fire on Lubbock Police Car

A man accused of spraying a Lubbock Police car with bullets is on trial. Juan Zuniga is being tried for aggravated assault of a public servant.

Zuniga and another man allegedly fired repeatedly at the police car in September of 2006.

The officer walked away unharmed.
