- 1 very ripe banana, peeled
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries, stems removed and rinsed 

Break banana into small pieces and put in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt, and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.

Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: 168 calories, 4 g protein, 1 g fat (.59 g saturated) 35 g carbohydrate, 43 mg sodium, 3 mg cholesterol.
