Lubbock Jury Deliberates in Zuniga Trial

On Wednesday morning, a Lubbock jury began deliberating the fate of Juan Zuniga.

Zuniga is charged with aggravated assault of a public servant for an incident on September 15, 2006. Zuniga and another man allegedly shot at a police officer's cruiser as he approached them at 59th and Utica. The suspects allegedly fired at least nine shots.

The officer was not hurt.
