Men Suspected of Stealing $3,000 Cigarettes

They're accused of stealing more than $3,000 worth of cigarettes from the Town and Country at 34th and Avenue Q this past Sunday.

Now, Bryan Gutierrez and Mauro Esparza are charged with theft. Police say one of the men stole the cigarettes while the other distracted the clerk.
