Lubbock Police Celebrate Officer Promotions

Their dedication to public service has led to several Lubbock Police officers moving up in the chain of command.  

Six officers received promotions in an informal ceremony Friday morning.

They include: 

  • Sgt. Tracy Taylor
  • Sgt. John Hayes
  • Cpl. Christopher Miller
  • Cpl. Juan Muniz
  • Cpl. Don Billingsley
  • Cpl. Jeffery Newsom
