The Southwest Farm & Ranch Classic rolls out the fourth annual event in Lubbock, Texas, January 31-February 1-2, 2008. This indoor and outdoor show will feature unique events, entertainment and demonstrations along with a large exhibit area of commercial agricultural exhibits and displays in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
The purpose of the event is to provide agricultural producers and landowners of all types and sizes an opportunity to meet with company representatives, see new equipment and new features, and learn more about the latest developments to benefit agricultural operations and landowner stewardship. Exhibitors entering the show already span national, regional and local companies and include tractor and equipment manufacturers, irrigation, chemical and seed suppliers, sprayer manufacturers, tillage tools, trailers, livestock handling equipment manufacturers, financial and leasing services. Company representatives will be on hand to discuss the newest designs, techniques, equipment and products available. Outdoor exhibits and a hands-on demonstration area will return to the show for 2008.
The show also has activities for the whole family with a full schedule of programs each day of the event - such as horse trainer Van Hargis, musical entertainers, demonstrations, informative educational courses, and agricultural education events are just a few of the activities planned.
The show is open to the public Thursday, Friday and Saturday, January 31-February 1-2nd, with free admission and free parking at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501-6th Street, Lubbock, Texas.
