The fate of Lubbock's red light cameras will once again be the center of attention as the Citizens Photographic Traffic Signal Enforcement Committee is expected to come up with a recommendation Tuesday about the cameras.
As we told you last week, the group needed more time to look over a six month review of the red light camera program before making a recommendation to the Lubbock City Council. That report showed a loss in revenue and an increase in accidents at red light camera intersections.
The group is expected to present their recommendation to the city council during its February 14th meeting
