Free Childhood Immunizations - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The City of Lubbock Health Department will offer free state supplied childhood immunizations at Fire Station #5 located at 1101 Zenith on Tuesday, January 22nd from 4:00pm-6:30pm.

A parent or guardian must accompany all children.

A complete shot record is required at the time childhood immunizations are requested. Immunizations will not be given without a shot record.
