Jury selection will begin Wednesday in the trial of a Lubbock murder suspect.

Rosendo Rodriguez will stand trial for capital murder in the death of Summer Baldwin. Her body was found inside a suitcase at the Lubbock landfill in 2005.

Rodriguez also reportedly confessed to killing Lubbock teen Joanna Rogers. Her body was also found at the landfill. So far, Rodriguez has not been charged with her murder.

Rodriguez's attorneys had asked for a change of venue, saying that he will not get a fair trial in Lubbock because of extensive media coverage. If a jury cannot be seated, the judge says he will consider the request.
