Lubbock Police Seeking Theft Suspect - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock police need your help in locating a theft suspect. 

A picture of the suspect was taken on the morning of November 8th at the Target at University and the Loop. The man allegedly took an MP3 player out of its package, and walked out without paying for it.
