Lubbock Police now have two men in custody, charged in a three month old murder case.
Police arrested 21-year-old Whitney Valrie and 22-year-old Marquise Davis late Wednesday night. They are charged in the murder of Monty Edler.
Police found Edler on the ground and severely beaten at the Westford Apartments on October 25, 2007. He died later at the hospital. Investigators say he had been attacked.
Authorities are still looking for a third suspect.
