There are a lot of things that can disrupt your sleep. But can using your cell phone before bed cause sleep loss? A new study from Wayne State University in Detroit finds that whether you talk on it or just let it sit on your nightstand before you sleep may interfere with your good night's rest.
Many other studies, including one from the World Health Organization, have found no link between cell phone use and any kind of health problem. Cell phone companies are already arguing that using a mobile phone in bed is no worse than drinking a cup of coffee before you turn the light off.
