New Vision For Downtown Lubbock Released - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A movie theatre, a multi-purpose arena and an arts and entertainment district are just a few of the key factors in the vision for a new downtown Lubbock.

The Downtown Redevelopment Commission presented a new video for the first time Tuesday. It shows renderings of the proposed 12 year vision.

They're recommending council adopt their plan which is partially funded by taxpayers but would also be funded through private investors.
