Miniature Horse Killed in Second Dog Attack - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

NewsChannel 11 has learned of another miniature horse being killed by a dog.

The attack happened just after 4 p.m. Thursday, in the 1600 block of County Road 7340.

The sheriff's department could not describe the breed exactly, only that it was a large, long- haired dog that attacked the horse. The horse later died.

The dog was captured, and the owner has since accepted responsibility for the dog.
