The Lubbock Fire Marshal's Office identified the victims as 35-year-old Alisha Loftis and 3-year-old Gianni Pollard. NewsChannel 11 has since learned from family members that Gianni's last name is Shelby. The family tells us Gianni's two older brothers' last names are Pollard.
