Car Plows Into Semi

One person is hospitalized following an accident involving a semi-truck in south Lubbock. Police say the semi-truck was headed north on Avenue P around 1:20 a.m. Friday.

That is when a car shot out from 60th Street and hit the rear of the trailer. A female passenger in the car was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
