Beane to Run for Lubbock City Council District 4

A second candidate has tossed his hat into the ring for Lubbock City Council District Four.

Last month, long time Lubbock News Man, Paul R. Beane told NewsChannel 11 he was considering a run, and Thursday he filed his paperwork.

Tom Keisling filed for the office Wednesday.

So far, "would-be incumbent" Phyllis Jones has not said whether or not she intends to run again.
