Texas Tech Tests Severe Weather Sirens - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

When severe weather strikes in Lubbock, Texas Tech students will know.

Students on their way to and from class on Tuesday morning, heard the sound of sirens for a full minute.

The sirens are located on the roofs of four buildings across campus. University Police checked each one, to be sure they were working properly.
