Two Men Formally Announce Candidacy for Lubbock City Council District 4

Two men vying for the Lubbock City Council District Four seat made their official announcements Wednesday.

Paul Beane announced his candidacy Tuesday morning at City Hall, while Jerry Bell and supporters gathered at the Lubbock Area Veterans War Memorial.

Tom Keisling is also running for the seat, currently held by Phyllis Jones. Jones has chosen not to run for re-election.
