Your tips are needed to help catch a wanted sex offender, accused of offending again.

Viewer tips helped move six of NewsChannel 11's Most Wanted suspects to the captured wall. Now, authorities need your help to find a wanted sex offender, accused of assaulting a young child, but investigators say this isn't his first time.

They're looking for 32-year-old James Michael Fields. Investigators tell us he usually goes by Michael or Mike.

Right now, he's wanted on three warrants out of Hale County. Fields served probation for a 1994 charge for exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl.  Now, investigators say he's offended again.

Fields has two warrants for aggravated sexual assault of a child, and the other is for indecency with a child, sexual contact. While the warrants are out of Hale County, the Department of Public Safety and the U.S. Marshal's Office have also joined the case.

Investigators say Fields has family in Lubbock County, so Lubbock Police have also added him to their list.
