Officer Promotion Largest in Lubbock Police History

They serve us and our community every day, and now several Lubbock police officers have been served...with promotions.  

Twenty-one officers received promotions Friday, including two to the rank of Assistant Chief. This event was the largest scale promotion in the history of the Lubbock Police Department.

Several of the positions are newly created command and supervisory positions -- requested by recently appointed Chief of Police, Dale Holton.

Promotions include:
