Man Indicted on Manslaughter Charges After Fatal Accident

A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted a California truck driver, Eric Figueroa, on manslaughter charges in the deaths of two brothers.

Police say the 26-year-old ran a stop sign on March 3, 2008 at the intersection of I-27 and North Loop 289.

The semi slammed into a pickup truck, killing brothers Marvin and Terry Goree of Lubbock.
