Gaines County Authorities Seek Public's Help in Murder Investigation

Authorities are asking for the public's help with a murder investigation in Seagraves.

A coworker found Robert "Rocky" Bryant, 54, last Tuesday. He was badly beaten, lying on the floor of a fertilizer plant just outside of town. Aerocare flew Bryant to University Medical Center, where he later died.

Investigators say evidence found about a quarter mile from the crime scene is now being tested at the DPS crime lab.

Authories said Monday, that they believe Rocky knew his killer, someone very familiar with his daily routine.
