Consider This... The Justice System Worked - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

I don't think I'm alone when I say I'm glad that this man has been sentenced to die. I'm not even going to say his name here because I've heard it enough the last couple of weeks.

But for all the hard working folks involved in the justice process of this trial, let me say thank you. It was the right call to seek the death penalty and the right call to move the trial out of Lubbock. Now the defense can't claim the jury was biased.

Consider this; no one was more affected by this killer's actions than the families of two girls.  So this week, I'm dedicating the rest of my time to the memory of two victims.
