Lubbock Gas Prices Jump Overnight - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

For the first time since January, fuel supply has fallen while demand has increased. 

At Lubbock Wal-marts on Thursday, prices jumped thirteen cents. When NewsChannel 11 stopped by,  folks were filling up with regular unleaded for $3.29 a gallon.

Customers at United Supermarkets were paying the same, after a ten cent hike since Wednesday.

That is probably why many patient drivers opted to line up at Bolton's during their lunch hour, when prices were still $3.16 a gallon.
