Vintage World War II Planes Land in Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A piece of history has landed on the South Plains. Four vintage World War II planes flew into Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.

The planes include a B-17 Flying Fortress, a consolidated B-24 Liberator, a North American B-25 Mitchell, and a North American P-51 Mustang will be on display until noon Wednesday.
