The man indicted for capital murder in the death of a South Plains College student is expected to be back in Lubbock Thursday.

Nathan Lemer was arrested in Missouri where he waived extradition. A Lubbock County grand jury indicted the 19-year-old on capital murder charges yesterday in the death of Bradford McIver, also 19.

On March 17th, friends found McIver's body in a pool of blood inside his Indiana Village apartment in north Lubbock.

Police say Lemer fatally stabbed McIver and then robbed him or burglarized his home.
