Aerobic Exercise Helps Delay Aging

The fountain of youth may be on our feet.  According to the University of Toronto in Canada where researchers have found that regular aerobic exercise such as jogging throughout middle age and beyond is enough to delay biological aging by about 12 years.

Researchers say aerobic exercise improves the body's metabolism and how well it uses oxygen. Researchers also say years of regular exercise not only appears to turn back the biological clock, but can also prolong independence during our senior years.
