There are new developments in the ongoing murder investigation of a Lubbock teen. Lubbock County investigators tell NewsChannel 11 that 29-year-old Thamar Snyder is now in custody.
We're told she drove to Lubbock from Arizona, met with an attorney and turned herself in to Lubbock authorities Monday morning.
A passing motorist found 17-year-old Bernard Wilson's body in Yellow House Canyon back in December of 2005. Investigators allege six people beat and stabbed Wilson to death eight months prior to that in central Lubbock.
Last week, six warrants were issued. Just hours after a judge signed those papers, authorities had Carnell Littlejohn and Joe Ragan behind bars. Wanda Wilson, 42, and Leslie Evans, 21, both turned themselves in to authorities in Detroit.
Investigators are still searching for 35-year-old Keyairra Brown.
If you know where to find her, please call the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office at (806) 775-1400.
