A Convicted Killer Speaks: Part I

A convicted killer speaks. NewsChannel 11 is learning more about what happened the night Rosendo Rodriguez murdered Summer Baldwin and her unborn child.

Earlier this month, Rodriguez was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death. During his trial a taped statement made by Rodriguez in October of 2005 was played. 

NewsChannel 11 has obtained a copy of that tape. In our story you will hear parts of that statement as Rodriguez describes how he met Baldwin and the events leading up to her death.
