A Convicted Killer Speaks: Part II - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Randall County jury convicted Rosendo Rodriguez of capital murder earlier this month, and sent him to death row for the killing Summer Baldwin and her unborn child.

During his trial, the jury heard a taped statement made to Lubbock Police in October of 2005.

NewsChannel 11 played a portion of that statement for you Monday night, in which Rodriguez recalled how he met Baldwin, and then described the events that lead up to her death.

Tuesday, Rodriguez details how he disposed of Baldwin's body and why he never found the time to tell anyone about her death.
