Believe In The Blue - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Saturday, more than 25,000 service club members joined together to raise awareness about child abuse. Here in Lubbock, volunteers handed out blue ribbons and information at the South Plains Mall.

It's called Believe in the Blue, an effort to reach families all across the nation with positive parenting tips. Groups estimate they handed out more than 500,000 tip cards across the U.S. Saturday.
