Olton Women Dies in Weekend Crash - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A 28-year-old Olton woman was killed when she lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a parked tractor in Hale County early Sunday.

Around 2 a.m., Mireya Serrano-Gonzalez veered into a ditch on County Road 100 just south of US-70. DPS says her 1999 Suburban went air born before hitting the tractor.

Officials say she was not wearing a seat belt and was partially ejected from the vehicle.

She died at the scene.
