Lubbock State School Investigated for Abuse and Neglect - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

State officials are investigating a weekend death at the Lubbock State School.

Investigators are looking into the possibility that the death of a 23 year-old patient could have been caused by abuse or neglect. Thirteen facilities across the state are already under investigation for exactly that reason, including the Lubbock State School.

The patient's name and cause of death have not yet been released.
