Texas Tech students could get a break on rising tuition costs for the upcoming school year.
The University's Board of Regents is expected to hear a proposal to freeze tuition fees for the next year. The administration is expected to ask regents for no increase in tuition, as well as student fees, room and board, and parking fees.
The regents are scheduled to hear the proposal Thursday afternoon.
