Lubbock City Council Unanimously Approves Atmos Rate Increase

The way you pay for your natural gas is about to change.  Whether that is good or bad, depends on your usage.

On Thursday, Lubbock City Council members unanimously voted to approve a new rate system.

The plan lowers the customer's monthly charge, but increases the cost of gas used.  So, most customers will now pay less in summer, but more in winter.
