Early Wednesday morning, a convicted killer was moved from the Lubbock County Jail to death row.

Rosendo Rodriguez is now in Livingston, Texas, where he will remain on death row, pending his execution.

A Randall County jury convicted Rodriguez of capital murder last month, in the death of Summer Baldwin and her unborn child. Her body was found in a Lubbock landfill in 2005.
