Three days after his early release from prison, Pablo Soto is back behind bars. A new arrest warrant was issued for him Thursday morning, and he was back in custody by noon.

Soto was released from a Houston prison for medical reasons Monday, having served only six months of a 30 year sentence.

Last November, Soto was convicted in the murder of his former girlfriend, Socorro Storie. She died three days after Soto beat her in a Post cemetery in May of 2005.

Soto, who has terminal cancer, was released because his parole application mistakenly said he had 12 weeks to live, instead of 12 months.
