If you're driving Texas highways uninsured--beware. The Department of Public Safety announced a program Tuesday to identify and fine uninsured drivers.

State law requires every driver to have minimum liability coverage. But DPS estimates that about four million Texas vehicles are not covered.

Violators could face fines up to $350.
